Human beings want to survive, society wants to develop, and science and technology want to progress. This is the trend of history. Any man-made disaster or natural disaster can be overcome as long as we unite.
This year, like everyone else, I also experienced the shutdown of the factory under the shock wave of the epidemic. The suspension of schools makes us anxious. Although schools all over the country are in normal classes and factories have resumed normal production, we still have many difficulties at present. In particular, the supply chain of cotton-padded clothes and the transportation chain of delivery required for the production of student clothing have more or less affected the normal operation of our enterprise. The enterprises participating in today's presidium meeting are the core and backbone of our alliance. It is understood that students from more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities (production and construction corps) across the country are more or less wearing student clothes produced by our enterprises. An African proverb says: "A person may go fast, but he will not go too far. Only a group of people can go far." Today, all the bosses gathered in Nanjing, the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, to attend the meeting in spite of their busy schedule. They are invited to have zero-distance communication, to fully and timely understand the current situation and existing problems of enterprise development under the epidemic situation of new crown pneumonia, and to discuss how enterprises can gather together for greater development in the environment of epidemic prevention and fight against epidemic.
Here are some points I need to share with you;
1. reduce production capital and share high-quality resources of surface materials.

There are also many good suppliers of surface accessories among our alliance members, such as Fujian Xintongxing Needle Textile Co., Ltd. and Jiaxing Galixin Spray Weaving Co., Ltd. Most of you present here have visited Ningbo Changrong Garment Co., Ltd. Jiang Zong in Henan to set up a student fabric production base. We need to make students four seasons clothing knitted fabrics, woven fabrics are different, organizational structure, fabric color and composition are not the same. Moreover, our demand is large, which cannot be completed by one or two suppliers. We also need all bosses to continue to recommend enterprises that you think have good product quality, moderate price, strong production capacity and good reputation. The CVC fabric produced by Baoji Dailong Textile Co., Ltd. was originally more than 10 yuan and one meter, but now it is 8 yuan and 81 meters including tax per meter. Enterprises need 500,000 meters per year, which can save nearly one million yuan for enterprises. "A single thread does not form a thread, and a single tree does not form a forest." A good guide to the work of flour and auxiliary materials cannot be completed by one or two people. It requires our joint efforts. Only with concerted efforts, Qin good concerto and singing a good chorus, can we capture and make good use of the opportunity, break through the situation in the market competition, and usher in the "full spring garden" of student clothing ". The sharing of high-quality flour and auxiliary materials resources and centralized procurement can not only reduce the production cost of enterprises, suppliers can also prepare a large number of gray fabrics according to their own product characteristics to ensure the delivery time and product quality, which can maximize the economic benefits of both supply and demand. At the same time, we also hope that the suppliers of flour accessories will continuously improve their research and development capabilities, improve the quality of student flour accessories, and facilitate the purchase of student clothing production enterprises and upgrade their grades.
2. continue to carry out various display activities to improve quality and promote development
Since the first student clothing Grand Prix held in Taiyuan in 2013, there have been competitions and exhibitions of different scales every year, which has played a positive role in improving the quality of student clothing, and has also played a supervisory role for our student clothing manufacturers., So that the quality of our student clothing has been continuously improved, and the needs of students' parents have been better met. Therefore, the work of uniform dress for students has been carried out in a standardized, orderly and steady manner. In 2021, the national student clothing design competition sponsored by the association and named by Liaoning Shuncheng Industrial Co., Ltd. will continue. At the same time, the golden week of Chinese student clothing will be held with the participation of enterprises. These are important measures to improve the quality of student clothing and promote the development of student clothing. Xunzi said: "Those who fake horses will not benefit the feet, but will lead thousands of miles: those who fake boats will not be able to use water, but will cut off rivers." We should use such a platform to achieve the goal of "reaching thousands of miles" and "avoiding rivers.
3. to establish student labor experimental base as an opportunity to expand the influence of enterprises
In response to the phenomenon that some young people do not cherish the fruits of labor, do not want to work, and cannot work in recent years, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges, Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era, aiming to fully implement the party's education Policy, incorporate labor education into the whole process of talent training. The association has already put this work on the agenda, relying on student clothing manufacturers to establish a student labor experimental base. Jiangsu Paixun Clothing Co., Ltd. has set a benchmark for us. It is understood that several enterprises are now being established, and some have begun to take shape. The student clothing production enterprises participating in today's meeting are all backbone enterprises in various places. Pason has opened up a new mode for us. We should be handy in doing it. The establishment of student labor experimental base is beneficial and harmless to expand the influence of enterprises and the economic benefits of enterprises. Moreover, the establishment of student labor experimental base can better guide students to advocate labor, respect labor, love labor and establish labor concept, to exercise the quality of will, to cultivate morality with labor, to increase wisdom with labor, to promote technology with labor, to strengthen the body with labor, to cultivate beauty with labor, and to innovate with labor, this is the implementation of the service education concept of our student clothing industry, why not do it.
4. establish a perfect sales service platform to adapt to the development of enterprises
Students have been dressing uniformly for decades. For decades, the styles and fabrics of student clothing have been changing. The sales model of student clothing is also changing. The traditional sales model and service model are gradually changing with the popularity of the Internet. Moreover, this The epidemic has also led to a decrease in traditional trading activities. We should make full use of network means to better serve the development of enterprises. At present, many enterprises are making APP applets convenient and fast, especially in areas where the price of student clothing is limited, parents can freely buy clothing and pay directly on the Internet, which reduces a lot of unnecessary troubles. While providing a vast space for consumers to choose independently, it also brings more extensive publicity for enterprises and products. At present, our existing APP applets are far from satisfying the development of enterprises. We should also jointly seek a larger platform, open up the "sea" and "sky" to adapt to the development of enterprises, and realize the dream of "birds flying and diving.
Promote competition and cooperation 5. the production of reference tender documents
The companies participating in the conference today have experienced several bidding, regardless of whether they won the bid or not, to be fair, they have more or less opinions on most of the bidding documents. These views are mainly concentrated in two aspects: the bidding unit is unprofessional, does not understand the characteristics of the production of student clothing, and there is no ready-made model to find; second, the bidding unit intends to lower the threshold to facilitate the bidding. "Mencius" once said that "if you don't follow the rules, you can't make a square". If you can formulate standardized bidding documents, you can effectively solve the problems of quality, efficiency, order, sustainable development, and clarify responsibilities. It is undeniable that the new coronary pneumonia epidemic has had a great impact on the production and operation of our student clothing enterprises. However, "difficulties and hardships make you successful". We should also see the hidden opportunities under the epidemic. General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the eight-character important policy of "looking for opportunities in crisis and turning crisis into opportunity". Therefore, we should maintain strategic determination, dare to face up to difficulties, strive to turn crisis into opportunity, and work steadfastly, in the post-epidemic era, continue to exert force, multi-point cohesion, to create a vast sky belonging to the student outfit business.
6, actively participate in the formulation and implementation of group standards, improve product and service standards. In recent years, many enterprises have participated in the production of local standards, which not only plays a role in supervising and standardizing the standard-setting enterprises, but also has far-reaching significance for the development of the whole industry. As early as 2015, the State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang discussed the issue of standardization reform. The meeting pointed out that it is the key to promote China's economy to the mid-to-high-end level and improve product and service standards. The third is to encourage societies, chambers of commerce and industrial technology alliances to develop and publish group standards that meet the needs of the market and innovation, and to select some areas to carry out pilot projects. The formulation and release of group standards proposed in this measure is an innovation in the history of China's standardization development. China Education Equipment Industry Association responded positively and set up the China Education Equipment Association Group Standards Committee.
